The BoardRoom
because it's lonely at the top
The ongoing, practical alternative to an MBA
Would you benefit?
If you know it all,
If you are the "Yes, but ..... type of person
if you don't listen to understand,
if you are too busy to act
if you don't like to be challenged
If you don't want to be held accountable
Then this learning process is not for you.
Who am I, the coach?
Obtaining a Business Science degree in Germany was the start. Att 21 I started my first business. I sold my last business at 45 and have been a coach ever since. At the same time I have been an investor in businesses without getting involved in the day to day running of the actual business.
What gives me the right to coach? 24 years at the helm of various successful businesses, making many mistakes - but also many right decisions, allowing me to live the life I want to live.
I am passionate about coaching and seeing my Boardroom members grow and develop.
YOUR SUCCESS
Unfortunately the education we receive may give us the technical skills which help us to get started - however, as you progress you are asked to display skills which no university has taught you.
I believe that over an above your job specific skills every entrepreneur needs to be a "people's person".
Those that have achieved great succuss have been able to draw the right people and to keep those "engaged" to become self motivated team members.
