  2. How do you spend your time? What does your usual day look like?
  3. If you had one extra workday per week, how would you spend it?
  4. How do you measure business results? What figures do you watch? 
  5. What does good performance look like? What's the benchmark?
  6. Do you track return on assets? Is it increasing or decreasing?
  7. How do employees measure productivity? What is value added per employee?
  8. What are your long term company objectives? Are they tracked?
  9. What are your short term company objectives? Are they tracked?
  10. Who would become CEO if you were hit by a truck?
  11. What is your biggest ongoing concern? Current fire?
  12. What is your personal strength? Weakness?
  13. If a more qualified CEO emerged (if you became aware), would you replace yourself?
  14. Are there any "my industry has always done it this way" attitudes?
  15. Have you ever considered having a coach, being coached in business?
