The Ground Crew process is based on the same principles as the Boardroom process. It is aimed at the “Implementers” of an organisation, as well as the smaller business owner.

 

This group was created because "The Boardroom" members are finding it beneficial to have their Middle Managers and Divisional Heads and/or Junior Partners being introduced to the same topics. This has helped them to drive the ideas deeper into the bowels of the organisation. Their efforts are often more critical as they are closer to the daily happenings of the business. They in turn interact with more people on an ongoing basis.
