Who joins
"The BoardRoom"
- "The BoardRoom"
members are all Chief Executive Officers, Business Owners or heads of major corporate
divisions, whose companies' sales fall primarily between R5 million
and R200 million a year. They are invited to join a group only after
they have been interviewed by the Coach and accepted by the
members.

- Each "BoardRoom"
group will have a diverse mix of business and of personalities in a
group. It is essential that members not be in competition with each
other, or be major suppliers nor customers. People in the same
businesses tend to know each other's minds and to have the same blind
spots. Having a variety of businesses represented offers members a
stimulating range of perspectives.

- "Each one of the members has more ability and knowledge in some fields
than others. They accept responsibility for sharing this ability, and
conversely, each member accepts the fact that there are areas in which
he or she can be helped."
